Yes, please plan for access to a working outdoor spigot. Let us know if one isn’t available. Our standard washing services cover concrete and vinyl siding; roofs, wood decks, and specialty stain removal are outside standard estimates.
Move vehicles, furniture, and fragile items from the work area, keep pets inside, and point out existing damage or obstacles. For pressure washing, close windows and doors. For snow or leaf work, identify steps, borders, drains, and any items hidden beneath the surface.
